My story
I've been training since I was 15. As a person with haemophilia type A (severe), I understood from the very beginning that proper movement is essential for a good quality of life. Training helped me get rid of pain and gradually became part of my identity.
During lockdown I built a small home gym where I started training myself and friends. Their results sparked my passion for coaching.
I then became part of the Pošvanc Fitness community, where I work as a coach, mentor and strength-training lecturer for aspiring trainers.

How we work together
Comprehensive body diagnostics
Every collaboration begins with a comprehensive body assessment, in which I evaluate:
- shortened and weakened muscles
- hypermobility
- posture
- movement patterns
- limitations and pain
Personal profile and training plan
Based on the diagnostics I create a personal client profile and then a training plan that begins with adaptation sessions focused on removing the imbalances we found.
Individualized strength training
Once corrected, we move on to strength training that is individualized to the client's goals and abilities.
Ambition
To keep learning in the fields of movement dysfunction, posture, pain elimination and effective strength training, so I can give my clients the highest quality of care.
